Return Policy

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We must be notified within 14 days of delivery if your item has any issues. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and mystery items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your item being exchanged is less than the value of the item you are switching it for - charges may incur. Customer is responsible for shipping costs. 

Refunds
No refunds - All sales are final

Returned to Sender Packages
If your order is return to sender for any reason such as, rejected, undeliverable address, or incorrect/mis information entered into order - customer is responsible for shipping costs to get order re-shipped out.
